REFUNDS

All products in our store are digital files and are delivered via immediate download and are not refundable due to the nature of the product.

Please make sure you have the proper software and working knowledge of any files ordered since there are no refunds.

DOWNLOAD RESETS

It is solely your responsibility to download, unzip and backup your orders BEFORE your order expires.

We STRONGLY suggest that you copy your downloads to a CD or DVD or some sort of external device such as a EHD (External Hard Drive) to ensure their safe keeping because computers are known to crash without warning.

Download reactivation resets for orders older than 14 days old are subject to a $5.00 reset processing fee, per order.

When you purchase our files you are purchasing a single-user, non-transferable license, NOT the rights to the file itself. Digi Design Studio retains the copyright to the images, and files all rights are reserved.

The digital graphics covered by this license include: doodles/clip art, digital stamps/line art, papers, overlays, alphabet sets, templates and all photoshop resources created by Digi Design Studio. Please note that this license does NOT cover the commercial use of any printable craft activities which are licensed for personal and classroom use only.

No items purchased on our site may not be resold, copied or claimed as your own. The digital files are not to be resold, distributed, gifted, shared or traded, they are for the use of the individual original purchaser only unless multiple licenses are purchased. By downloading our files, you agree to the Terms of Use as outlined in this license.
